Egg with sausage
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sucuk sausage, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Crusty bread or Turkish bread for serving
Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sucuk sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to release its oils and becomes slightly crispy around the edges.

Once the sucuk is cooked, create small wells in the skillet by pushing the sausage to the sides. Crack the eggs into these wells, being careful not to break the yolks.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the eggs for garnish if desired.
