Turkish Iskender Kebab
Recipe for a Turkish dish, Iskender Kebab
– Ingredients:
– 250g doner meat
– 2 pieces of pide bread
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1 cup of yogurt
– Tomato sauce (optional)
– Instructions:
1. Slice the doner meat thinly.
2. Cut the pide bread into small pieces and place them on a serving plate.
3. Arrange the sliced doner meat on top.
4. If using, pour tomato sauce over it.
5. Melt the butter and pour over.
6. Add yogurt to the kebab.
7. Serve hot.
