Shepherd’s Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
